Effective Date: September 15, 2026
At USA Trailer Depot, we are committed to providing clear, reliable, and transparent shipping information for every trailer purchased through our online store. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, how delivery times are calculated, and how shipping charges are handled.
By placing an order through USA Trailer Depot, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping and delivery terms described below.
1. Shipping Area
USA Trailer Depot currently offers trailer delivery within the United States, subject to product availability, delivery accessibility, carrier service coverage, and any applicable geographic restrictions.
Shipping availability may vary depending on:
- Trailer type and dimensions
- Trailer weight
- Customer delivery location
- Carrier availability
- Residential or commercial delivery requirements
- Remote or restricted-access locations
- State or local delivery requirements
If a particular trailer cannot be delivered to your location, we will notify you before finalizing shipment.
2. Shipping Origin
Trailers are shipped from the applicable inventory or fulfillment location associated with the purchased product.
Because trailer inventory may be located at different facilities or supplier locations, the actual shipping origin may vary by product.
Where applicable, the shipping origin and fulfillment arrangements may be confirmed with the customer before shipment.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the trailer purchased and delivery location, USA Trailer Depot may use specialized trailer transportation services, freight carriers, regional carriers, or other qualified transportation providers.
Large trailers require specialized transportation and may not be shipped using standard parcel services.
The available delivery method will depend on the:
- Trailer dimensions
- Trailer weight
- Delivery location
- Carrier availability
- Road and access conditions
- Delivery requirements
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the trailer, destination, dimensions, weight, transportation requirements, and applicable carrier or logistics costs.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during the purchasing process whenever a fixed shipping rate is available.
For products requiring specialized transportation or a location-specific freight quotation, USA Trailer Depot may contact the customer to confirm the final delivery cost before shipment.
Any applicable shipping, delivery, handling, logistics, or carrier-related charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.
Important: Customers should review the shipping charge shown at checkout or provided in their quotation before completing their purchase.
5. Handling and Processing Time
Orders are normally processed after:
- The order has been successfully received;
- Payment or approved payment arrangements have been confirmed;
- Product availability has been verified; and
- Required customer and delivery information has been confirmed.
Our standard handling time is generally 1–5 business days, unless a different processing period is stated on the product page or confirmed with the customer.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Special-order, custom, oversized, or supplier-fulfilled trailers may require additional processing time.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been processed and released to the carrier, delivery time will depend primarily on the destination and transportation method.
Typical delivery estimates are approximately:
Standard Trailer Delivery: 3–10 business days after shipment
However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Remote locations, weather conditions, traffic, carrier capacity, holidays, mechanical problems, road restrictions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
7. Order Cut-Off Times
Orders received outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on recognized holidays may be processed on the next business day.
The processing period begins after payment and order information have been successfully verified.
If a product has a different order cut-off or processing schedule, that information will be communicated on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.
8. Delivery to Residential and Commercial Addresses
Trailer delivery may be available to residential and commercial addresses depending on the carrier and destination.
Customers must ensure that the delivery location is reasonably accessible to the transportation vehicle.
Before delivery, customers may be required to provide:
- Complete delivery address
- Valid telephone number
- Delivery instructions
- Information about access restrictions
- Confirmation that the location can safely accommodate the trailer and delivery vehicle
Additional charges may apply where a delivery location requires special transportation arrangements, permits, equipment, or services.
Any additional charges that apply will be communicated to the customer before they are incurred whenever reasonably possible.
9. Delivery Appointments
For large trailers and specialized deliveries, the carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment.
Customers should provide an active telephone number and email address when placing an order.
Please remain available to communicate with the carrier during the expected delivery period.
Failure to respond to carrier communications or failure to be available for an agreed delivery appointment may result in additional delivery or re-delivery charges.
10. Inspection at Delivery
Customers should inspect the trailer and its visible condition upon delivery.
Before accepting delivery, customers should check for:
- Visible damage
- Missing components
- Obvious transportation damage
- Incorrect trailer model
- Significant exterior damage
If visible damage is present, the customer should photograph the damage and notify the delivery carrier immediately.
Customers should also contact USA Trailer Depot as soon as possible with photographs and relevant order information.
Failure to document visible transportation damage at delivery may make it more difficult to resolve a carrier damage claim.
11. Delivery Delays
USA Trailer Depot works with transportation providers to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period.
However, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Road closures
- Traffic
- Carrier delays
- Vehicle or equipment breakdowns
- Holidays
- Transportation capacity
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Remote-area delivery restrictions
- Government or regulatory requirements
When we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated information to the customer.
12. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
This includes:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- City
- State
- ZIP code
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Special delivery instructions where applicable
USA Trailer Depot is not responsible for delays or additional transportation costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
13. Failed or Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the delivery location is inaccessible, or the information provided is incorrect, the carrier may charge additional transportation or re-delivery fees.
Where applicable, these charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer before a re-delivery charge is incurred.
14. Remote and Restricted Delivery Locations
Some rural, remote, restricted-access, or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional transportation arrangements.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the location and carrier requirements.
If the carrier determines that the original delivery address cannot safely accommodate the shipment, USA Trailer Depot may work with the customer to identify a suitable alternative delivery location.
15. Delivery Tracking
Where tracking information is available, USA Trailer Depot or the applicable transportation provider may provide tracking or shipment-status information to the customer.
For specialized trailer transportation, tracking may consist of carrier updates, estimated delivery windows, telephone communication, or other shipment-status information rather than conventional parcel tracking.
16. Title and Risk During Transportation
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable sales agreement, delivery arrangements and responsibility for transportation-related issues will be handled according to the terms of the customer’s order and the applicable carrier agreement.
Customers should inspect the trailer upon delivery and promptly report any apparent transportation damage or delivery discrepancy.
17. Order Changes and Shipping Information
If you need to change your delivery address or other shipping information after placing an order, contact USA Trailer Depot as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible or may result in additional transportation charges.
18. Shipping Charges and Merchant Center Accuracy
USA Trailer Depot aims to maintain accurate shipping information across its website, checkout process, product listings, and applicable Google Merchant Center settings.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times may vary by product and destination.
The shipping information provided during checkout or in the applicable product listing should be reviewed before completing an order.
19. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- The delivery address is accurate;
- The delivery location is accessible;
- Someone is available when required for delivery;
- The customer provides accurate contact information;
- The customer reviews the product and shipping information before ordering;
- Any required local permits, registration, licensing, or other legal requirements relating to the trailer are satisfied.
20. Questions About Shipping
