At USA Trailer Depot, we aim to make purchasing a trailer online simple, secure, and transparent. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, when payment is required, and how payments are processed for trailer purchases made through our website.
By placing an order with USA Trailer Depot, you agree to the payment terms described below.

Depending on the trailer, order value, availability, and checkout options offered at the time of purchase, USA Trailer Depot may accept the following payment methods:

- Cash on delivery for eligible trailers

Only payment methods actually available for a particular order will be presented or confirmed to the customer.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery may be available for eligible trailer purchases with a total purchase price of less than $500.
Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on the trailer, delivery location, carrier, and order circumstances. Customers should confirm cash-on-delivery eligibility with USA Trailer Depot before placing an order.
Cash on delivery is not automatically available for trailers priced at $500 or more unless expressly confirmed by USA Trailer Depot.
2. Payment by Credit or Debit Card
When card payment is available, customers may pay using an eligible credit or debit card through the secure payment method provided during checkout.
Customers must provide accurate billing information and must be authorized to use the payment card submitted for the transaction.
USA Trailer Depot does not knowingly accept unauthorized or fraudulent card payments.
3. Bank Transfer Payments
For orders where bank transfer is offered, customers will receive the applicable payment instructions after the order or payment request has been reviewed.
A bank transfer order is not considered fully paid until the funds have been received and confirmed by USA Trailer Depot.
Customers should include the correct order number or payment reference when making a bank transfer.
Bank-transfer processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank and financial institution.
4. Check Payments
Where check payment is accepted, customers will receive payment instructions from USA Trailer Depot.
Orders paid by check may remain on hold until the payment has been received and successfully cleared.
USA Trailer Depot may delay shipment until payment has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that the check is payable for the correct amount.
5. Payment Confirmation
After payment is successfully received or authorized, USA Trailer Depot may provide an order confirmation or payment confirmation by email or through the customer’s account.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been shipped.
Orders may remain subject to product availability, payment verification, shipping arrangements, and other applicable order conditions.
6. When Payment Is Required
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received or successfully authorized before USA Trailer Depot releases an order for shipment.
For certain trailers, custom orders, special-order products, or high-value purchases, full payment or a required deposit may be necessary before production, allocation, or shipment begins.
Any special payment requirements will be communicated to the customer before the applicable transaction is completed.
7. Trailer Pricing
All trailer prices displayed on the website are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
The applicable product price is the price displayed for the trailer at the time the order is placed, subject to availability and any clearly disclosed applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other fees.
Shipping and delivery charges may vary depending on the trailer, destination, dimensions, weight, carrier, and delivery requirements.
Where a shipping quotation is required, the applicable shipping cost will be communicated to the customer before payment is finalized.
8. Taxes and Additional Charges
Applicable sales taxes and other legally required charges may be calculated based on the customer’s delivery location and the applicable laws.
Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances, including:
- Specialized trailer transportation
- Residential delivery
- Remote-area delivery
- Liftgate or special delivery services where applicable
- Re-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Customer-requested delivery changes
- Other charges specifically disclosed before purchase
USA Trailer Depot will communicate applicable charges where required before the customer is committed to the additional payment.
9. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention
USA Trailer Depot may verify payment and order information before fulfilling an order.
For fraud-prevention and security purposes, we may request additional information when necessary to verify an order or payment.
We may delay, decline, or cancel an order if:
- Payment cannot be verified
- Payment is declined
- Billing information is materially inconsistent
